The Cricketers has a clean aspect with modern flooring and furniture. Of the six handpumps, only one is in regular use. This has always been a traditional community pub where all are welcome. Real fires contribute towards the comfortable, lived-in atmosphere in the winter. Live music will be reinstated when custom demands. There are three TVs in the main bar area showing different sports; televised sport has always been a great attraction particularly when Crystal Palace matches are televised. Darts is also played competitively in the pub. Opening hours may vary at the beginning of the week. There is step-free access via the side and rear doors, but the toilets are not wheelchair accessible.
